Who answers my question?
AI specialists guided by AIONSE's consulting playbooks for HR, strategy, sales, marketing, operations and digital & AI. Each question goes to the specialists it needs, and the answer shows which ones were used.
Can Ask AIONSE help with finance and cash flow?
Finance, cash flow and CFO work is done by people: our Fractional CFO team. If you ask Ask AIONSE a finance question, it points you to them and doesn't use a credit.
How do plans and top-ups work?
Starter gives you 40 answers a month, Pro 125, Pro+ 210 and Premium 500. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 16% on Pro, Pro+ and Premium. Either way, your answers renew every month. A top-up pack adds 10 answers for AED 39 and stays valid until you use it. Prices are in AED, plus 5% VAT.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade any time: you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period and get the extra answers straight away. A smaller plan starts when your current month or year ends. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, with no refund.
Is my data private?
Your chats are private to your account and you can delete them at any time. We only use AI providers that do not train their models on your questions, and a consultant sees your chat only if you choose to share it.
Can I talk to a real consultant?
Yes. Book a strategy session with an AIONSE consultant in finance, strategy and management, sales and marketing, operations, or digital and AI.
Which languages can I use?
English, Arabic and German. Ask in any of them and the answer comes back in the same language.
