10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we will treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will automatically apply your opt-out preference without requiring you to take any additional action. For more information about GPC and how to enable it, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

14. ASK AIONSE, OUR AI BUSINESS ADVISOR

In Short: Ask AIONSE answers your business questions with AI. We use your data only to provide the service, and we never use your questions, files or answers to train AI models.

Ask AIONSE at ask.aionse.com is our online business advisory service. This section explains the additional personal data it processes. The rest of this Privacy Notice also applies.

What we collect

  • Account: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the basic profile it shares: your name, email address and profile picture.
  • Business profile (optional): company name, what the business does, industry, country, size, revenue band and your role. You can change or clear it at any time.
  • Your questions, chats and answers, including which specialists answered and which features you used.
  • Files you attach, such as documents, spreadsheets and images.
  • Consultant requests: the area, your message, how you prefer to be contacted, and your phone or WhatsApp number if you give it. Only if you tick the consent box do we also keep a summary of the chat and a brief written for the consultant.
  • Billing: your plan, credits and payment history. You enter card details on our payment provider’s secure pages, and they never reach our servers.
  • Fair-use signals: when you claim the free answer, we store a one-way keyed hash of a random device identifier and of your IP address, so we can spot repeat free accounts. The hashes cannot be turned back into the original values.
  • Technical records: server logs, and records of which AI model produced each answer, how long it took and what it cost. These records contain no chat content.

How your questions are answered

To process your request, we send your query, the relevant chat context, your business profile, and any attached files to a specialized, advanced pre-trained AI model. We never train our AI models on your data, and the model retains your information only for as long as necessary to deliver an answer and complete essential safety checks.

We also use service providers for hosting, backups, payments and invoicing, email delivery, sign-in and protection against bots. They process personal data only on our instructions and under data protection terms. Some of them process data outside the UAE, which we allow only as UAE law permits.

AIONSE staff do not read your chats, except when you share a chat with a consultant, when you ask us for help with a specific chat, or when the law requires it. Our admin screens never show chat content.

Voice features

  • Dictation (the microphone button) uses your browser’s speech recognition. Unless your browser recognizes speech on your device, it sends your voice to its own speech service (Google in Chrome, Microsoft in Edge and Apple in Safari). We never receive or store recordings of your voice, only the text you then send.
  • Listen (reading an answer aloud) is produced on AIONSE’s own server with AI-generated voices. We keep the audio for 30 days so it plays instantly next time, then delete it. If our voice service is unavailable, your browser’s own voices are used.

How long we keep Ask AIONSE data

  • Chats and answers: until you delete them or close your account.
  • Attached files and Listen audio: deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Business profile: until you change or clear it, or close your account.
  • Consultant requests: as long as needed to handle the request and follow up, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Fair-use signals: while your account is open.
  • Billing records, tax invoices and credit history: as long as UAE tax and accounting law requires.

Cookies in Ask AIONSE

Ask AIONSE uses only the cookies the service needs, and no advertising or analytics cookies: for example, a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, a cookie that remembers your language, and browser storage for small display choices. The bot check on the sign-in form may set its own cookie.

Your choices

You can delete chats at any time and change or clear your business profile. To close your account and delete your data, write to support@aionse.com. Ask AIONSE is a business service for people aged 18 and over.
