Project Progress Tracker (Free Excel Template)

Track a whole project in one Excel file. Every task has four stage checkboxes: Plan, Execute, Review and Approve. Tick a stage when it is done and the rest updates by formula: % done, the gap against plan, status, health, the timeline and the dashboard. Nobody has to update a status column again.

• Formulas only, no macros

The checkboxes need Excel for Microsoft 365 or Excel for the web. In older versions of Excel they show TRUE or FALSE and still work: type TRUE to tick a stage.
